Beautiful project, congratulations. It is one of the best projects I have seen. I especially appreciate the excellent use of space and the well-balanced sense of scale. The way the different areas connect with each other is truly remarkable.
I would recommend further exploration of the balance between fluid spaces and more enclosed ones. The use of double-height spaces could have enriched this beautiful project even more.
I particularly like its versatility and the way it connects different areas through visual relationships with the surrounding environment.
Congratulations and best wishes for your future success.
Your project reminded me of some works by architect Rafael Iglesia, particularly because of the freedom of the design and the dynamic quality of the spaces. Exploring this path could be very meaningful. Rafael used to say, “We do not design objects, but concepts and time,” and I believe this vision could further enrich your work.
I would recommend approaching your projects from this perspective: exploring design through section rather than only through plan, and developing a strong architectural identity based on this approach.
It is a great project. It would be wonderful to see more built works around the world with this level of spatial sensitivity and architectural quality.
A warm regards, excellent design. Keep moving forward; you have great potential.
