This project proposes a modern commercial high-rise development based on a split-core configuration and two towers of varying heights emerging from a unified four-story podium. One tower rises to 30 stories, while the other reaches 20 stories, connected through green sky bridges and a shared landscape strategy.

Set within a dense urban context, the concept envisions a non-centralized, porous, and environmentally responsive structure that integrates commercial utility with spatial and ecological quality. The architecture prioritizes openness, safety, and sustainability in a vertical format.

Using a dual-core system to divide users and create distinct vertical circulation zones

Establishing two towers of different heights to introduce rhythm in the skyline and functional zoning

Designing a 4-story podium with a supershop, showroom, gym, multipurpose hall, food court, and 150 retail shops

Allocating rentable office space from the 5th to the 29th floors, with a rooftop restaurant on the 30th floor

Integrating sky bridges on the 10th, 11th, and 15th floors to provide social interaction spaces, emergency access, and green connectivity

Embedding sustainable design strategies including vertical greenery, solar energy, rainwater harvesting, and passive ventilation
