The Builders' Park, located in the center of Rostov-on-Don, is in disrepair. In order to attract the attention of the public and the city administration, it was decided to erect an architectural workshop next to it. The facades of the building consist of blocks of beams, the shape of which is inspired by building trusses, namely triangles and rhombuses. Thus, the building declares its main function and reinforces the basic idea of the park.

On the approach to the building, the visitor to the workshop is greeted by triangular canopies that seem irrational against the background of the main facade. Planning solutions are aimed at avoiding the centered, square shape, which is the basis of the building.
The yellow color is chosen to create the effect of privacy with nature, as well as to set up workers and visitors for mental activity. The color highlights the main objects and, as it were, shows the visitor the way. The work area is made in a more concise color scheme so as not to distract people from their activities. Also, workspaces are open for visitors to explore thanks to the ubiquitous glazing. This solution is aimed at creating the customer's trust in the company.

The working area of the architectural workshop is designed for 11 people (including the director). The total passing capacity is 70 people. To attract an additional budget, a lecture hall and a cafeteria are located on the territory of the architectural workshop.
