Project idea

Předmětem návrhu je infocentrum s venkovním posezením a bydlení pro správce infocentra.
Cílem zadání je navrhnout u výchozího místa turistických cest infocentrum s venkovním posezením a bydlení pro správce infocentra. Návštěvnické centrum by mělo poskytnout informace o blízkém největším keltském oppidu v Čechách formou výstavních
panelů, promítání apod. Zároveň by mělo poskytnout zázemí
pro návštěvníky.

The subject of the proposal is an information center with outdoor seating and housing for the information center administrator.
The aim of the assignment is to design an information center with outdoor seating and housing for the information center administrator at the starting point of tourist routes. The visitor center should provide information about the nearby largest Celtic oppidum in Bohemia in the form of exhibition panels, screenings, etc. At the same time, it should provide facilities for visitors.

Project description

Objekty inspirované keltskými polozemnicemi vybíhají ze svahu a navozují tak dojem klidu a pevného semknutí se zemí.
Netypickému tvaru domu správce infocentra muselo být přizpůsobeno dispoziční řešení. Celoplošné přední prosklení umožňuje výhled do přírody z obývací a jídelní části i z galerie v druhém podlaží.
Infocentrum slouží jako hlavní útočiště pro návštěvníky hradiště Závist. Poskytuje prostor pro menší expozici, informace o historii lokality a výklad. Umožňuje posezení a využití sociálních zařízení i v době, kdy je vnitřní část infocentra uzavřena.

The buildings, inspired by Celtic half-earths, extend from the slope, creating an impression of peace and solid connection with the ground.
The layout had to be adapted to the atypical shape of the house of the information center administrator. The full-surface front glazing allows a view of nature from the living and dining areas as well as from the gallery on the second floor.
The information center serves as the main refuge for visitors to the Závist hillfort. It provides space for a small exhibition, information about the history of the site and interpretation. It allows for seating and use of the social facilities even when the interior of the information center is closed.

Technical information

Materiálové řešení objektů pracuje s interpretací historického výrazu pomocí současných technologií. Ve skutečnosti nejsou použity přírodní kameny, ale vodotěsný UHPC beton s reliéfním vzorem kamenného zdiva.

The material solution of the objects works with the interpretation of historical expression using contemporary technologies. In fact, natural stones are not used, but waterproof UHPC concrete with a relief pattern of stone masonry.
