Idea projektu

The idea of the project emerges from the increasing demand for organized urban mobility in dense city areas. Located in Arbëria 3, Prishtina, the proposal responds to the need for a structured parking facility that not only solves traffic congestion but also integrates public and commercial functions.

The concept is based on a spiral circulation system that ensures continuous vehicular movement while optimizing spatial efficiency. The project aims to transform a purely infrastructural typology into an architectural landmark that contributes to the urban identity of the area.

Popis projektu

This project consists of a multi-level parking structure with integrated commercial and administrative functions, located in Arbëria 3, Prishtina.

The ground floor is designed as an active commercial zone including car showroom, car service, car wash, retail spaces, café, restaurant and supporting facilities. This level activates the street frontage and connects the building with the surrounding urban context.

Floors 1 to 4 are dedicated primarily to parking spaces, organized around a continuous spiral ramp system that ensures efficient vertical circulation and smooth traffic flow.

The 5th floor combines additional parking areas with administrative offices, providing operational management for the facility.

The 6th floor is designed as a public rooftop terrace, offering an open space for social interaction and urban views, transforming the infrastructure into a multifunctional urban landmark.

Technické informace

The structure is designed as a reinforced concrete frame system with circular ramp slabs supported by radial columns.

The spiral ramps ensure continuous circulation with a slope between 10–12%, complying with standard parking regulations.

The facade is composed of vertical elements that provide shading, ventilation and visual rhythm.

The structural grid allows flexible parking layouts and efficient load distribution while maintaining architectural clarity.
