The physical plan that was presented was that we had to design a 100-room hotel on the beach in Daryakenar town, and this was a challenge for me, how to not raise a hotel with this many rooms to a very high height because the houses around it are villas, and it was a big problem. During the project, I tried to make the rooms have a good view of the sea as much as possible. I also tried to use the location of the hotel properly, so I created a gap in the middle of the hotel to allow air to pass through and create more interaction space.
The project has 109 rooms and 16 separate suites. On the ground floor, there are five shops that interact with the outside and inside space, and then there are spaces such as a restaurant, a meeting room, a swimming pool and a club, a coffee shop and service spaces. In the middle section, there is a gap that divides the hotel into two parts and there is access to that space from the ground floor. There is an open space for the coffee shop and air circulation in the middle of the building, and on the upper floors, there is a connecting bridge in this gap, which has created a very good view of the sea for guests.
This building is constructed with a concrete skeleton structure.
